About The Position

We are seeking to hire Security Guard Officers in Harlingen TX and surrounding cities Morning Shifts, Swing Shifts and Graveyard Shifts are available If you are interested or may know someone that has an Active Guard Card Please email the requested details to be considered 1- An Active copy of your Guard Card 2- Name and phone number 3- Work Availability Email to: [email protected] Responsibilities and Duties: Security officer tasks may include but not limited to: Securing premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry. Obtains help by sounding alarms. Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers, identifying risks and notifying appropriate management authority or 911/Police. Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities. Maintain a written log of all daily activities per shift. Be at least 18 years old or minimum age required by the State Must have a Valid Guard Card Should possess great English communicating abilities, both written and oral Should be responsible, flexible and dependable Have access to reliable transportation Positive and confident professional image Be able to successfully complete all training required for the position Demonstrate an ability to interact cordially and communicate with the public Must be drug free

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old or minimum age required by the State
• Must have a Valid Guard Card
• Should possess great English communicating abilities, both written and oral
• Should be responsible, flexible and dependable
• Have access to reliable transportation
• Positive and confident professional image
• Be able to successfully complete all training required for the position
