As a Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Requirements

• At least six months of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a healthcare manufacturing location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as directed, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site requirements.
• Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications while maintaining a professional presence in a regulated healthcare environment.
