As a Security Guard Full Time Unarmed Driver Patrol Response in Lakeland, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment through exceptional customer service and communication. Requirements

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions or policy concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials in accordance with site procedures, and report access-related concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying site contacts and/or emergency services as directed.
• Complete activity reports, incident reports, and daily logs accurately while communicating relevant information during shift handoffs.
