As a Security Guard Visitor Credentialing in Boston, MA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional in a healthcare location, you will serve as a welcoming, visible presence while supporting access control, visitor management, and security-related communications. You will help maintain an orderly environment, respond to inquiries with professionalism, and report concerns as appropriate. Requirements

• Have at least one year of security-related experience.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, patients, and contractors at a healthcare front desk by following site-specific procedures and Allied Universal security-related policies.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying visitor credentials, issuing temporary badges, maintaining visitor logs, and directing guests to appropriate destinations.
• Answer incoming calls, provide general information, and communicate visitor arrivals, deliveries, and service requests to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate emergency personnel and site contacts as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, access activity, and shift communications while reporting unusual conditions or security-related concerns to site leadership.
