Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant details to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office areas, common spaces, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or conditions that may require attention.
Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials as directed by site policies, and report unauthorized access attempts, policy violations, and/or maintenance concerns.
Support day-to-day site operations by providing directions, answering routine questions, and completing reports related to incidents, patrol activity, and other security-related observations.
