As a Security Guard Enhanced Part Time Diploma Patrol in Atlanta, GA, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you. This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Requirements

Client requires proof of a high school diploma or GED.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property management personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, access-related issues, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
Conduct regular and random patrols of commercial property common areas, parking facilities, building exteriors, entrances, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions.
Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property, helping to deter unauthorized entry, trespassing, and other prohibited activity.
Prepare clear, accurate activity reports and communicate observations, incidents, and maintenance-related concerns to appropriate personnel.
