As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor assigned areas, and report security-related concerns. You will provide outstanding customer service and clear communication while supporting a caring, reliable team that acts with integrity and embraces innovative solutions.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
Respond to incidents, delivery-related concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols of loading areas, trailer yards, employee parking areas, facility entrances, and the business perimeter.
Monitor access points and observe the movement of authorized personnel, visitors, and delivery vehicles in accordance with site-specific procedures.
Document incidents, unusual activities, and patrol observations, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and/or emergency responders.
