About The Position

Provide safety and security to all patients, visitors, and staff. Investigate and document all security incidents. Assist with courier, valet, fire safety teams and emergency management service. Be able to support all functions in the Security Department.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Valid New York State Armed Guard License.
• Valid New York State Carry Permit.
• Valid New York State Driver License.
• Prior law enforcement, security/ fire safety experience preferred.
• Resume/CV should be included with the online application.
• Successfully complete pre-employment physical examination and obtain medical clearance from Stony Brook Southampton's Employee Health Services
• Successfully complete a 4-panel drug screen
• Meet Regulatory Requirements for pre-employment screenings.
• Provide a copy of any required New York State license(s)/certificate(s).

Nice To Haves

• Prior law enforcement, security/ fire safety experience preferred.
