As a Security Guard - Armed Secret Clearance in Jupiter, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Requirements

An armed guard card and unarmed guard card is required.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years of corrections, law enforcement or military experience.
Must possess Secret Clearance
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to all personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or public emergency responders as needed.
Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings, restricted areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
Monitor access points and verify credentials, badges, permits, and/or deliveries in accordance with site protocols for controlled and sensitive work areas.
Support incident response and post orders by preparing clear reports, maintaining awareness of site activity, and following all applicable armed post guidelines, training, and company procedures.
