As a Security Guard Armed Patrol with Active Clearance in CAMDEN, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Requirements

Possess an armed guard card/license.
Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry-specific security-related training programs.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Pepper spray certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to an armed post at a defense-related location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through established communication channels.
Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings, restricted areas, and perimeter zones to help identify unusual activity, unauthorized access, and/or security-related concerns.
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or access permissions, and help to deter unauthorized movement of people, vehicles, and materials within the location.
Support incident response by coordinating with site contacts, public emergency responders, and/or Allied Universal leadership while following post orders and use of force guidelines.
