Job Description As a Security Guard - Armed Patrol Driver in Milwaukee, WI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a leading food and beverage location, you will conduct regular patrols and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. This role involves both armed responsibilities and driving duties, allowing you to interact with employees and visitors while providing exceptional customer service. Requirements

An armed guard card or license is required.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing armed response protocols as required by site procedures.
Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the facility and along the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for irregularities, with consideration for the unique environment of a food and beverage production location.
Monitor access points and verify credentials of individuals entering restricted areas to help to deter unauthorized entry and protect property.
Document and report all observations, incidents, and activities according to Allied Universal and site-specific guidelines.
Collaborate with site personnel and local law enforcement as needed in response to incidents or emergencies.
Remain alert and prepared to respond to security-related situations, adapting to changing conditions within the food and beverage facility.
