Requirements

• Possess an armed guard card or license.
• Possess at least 6 months of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to members, guests, visitors, and staff while carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access, check guest and vendor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor and delivery records.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; promptly notify appropriate personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of club facilities, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Communicate professionally with members, guests, vendors, and staff while providing directions and support in accordance with site procedures.
