About The Position

The Security Flex Officer plays a critical role in maintaining the safety and security of various facilities and personnel across multiple locations within the United States. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid security officer license or certification as required by the state of employment.
  • Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
  • Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
  • Physical capability to perform patrol duties, including standing and walking for extended periods.

  • Previous experience in security or law enforcement roles.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular patrols of assigned premises to detect and prevent security breaches or suspicious activities.
  • Monitor surveillance systems and alarm panels to identify and respond to security incidents in real-time.
  • Control access to facilities by verifying credentials and maintaining visitor logs to ensure authorized entry.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, including medical incidents, fire alarms, and security threats.
  • Prepare detailed incident reports and communicate findings to management and law enforcement as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other security personnel and departments to coordinate security efforts and share critical information.
  • Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor while interacting with employees, visitors, and contractors.
