About The Position

As a Security Field Project Manager, you will lead complex security projects, ensuring they meet corporate priorities through expert project management. Your responsibilities include overseeing schedules, costs, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction while adhering to Johnson Controls' operational principles.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree, or equivalent experience in project management.
Five years of experience in security project management or new construction.
Willingness to undertake deployments of 6-18 months, primarily in the Dublin/Columbis, OH area.

Nice To Haves

Certified Security Project Manager (CSPM) or Project Management Institute, Project Management Professional (PMI PMP)
Willingness to obtain CSPM or PMI PMP certifications within six months.

Responsibilities

Manage security system installations, define project scope, and employ risk management strategies.
