The Security Event Coordinator – Assistant Scheduler is responsible for planning and coordinating staffing for special events, ensuring proper security coverage based on client needs. They manage officer scheduling, communicate assignments, and adjust staffing in real time to address changes or gaps. The role also serves as a key liaison between clients, operations teams, and field staff to ensure smooth event execution.Hours are 3pm-11pm Thursday-Monday

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of continuous admin experience.
  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • 3 years prior satisfactory employment as a security officer or directly related experience.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Valid Security License if required by state, driver’s license as applicable.
  • Must have the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
  • Must maintain a working telephone number though which we can contact you.

Nice To Haves

  • Bi-lingual considered a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule security personnel for events based on client requirements
  • Adjust staffing plans in real time to address call-offs, changes, or coverage gaps
  • Communicate schedules, post orders, and event details to assigned officers
  • Partner with operations and account managers to align staffing with service expectations
  • Maintain accurate scheduling records, timekeeping, and event rosters
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients and field staff before and during events
  • Ensure proper staffing levels, skill sets, and compliance with company policies
  • Assist with post-event reporting, including attendance, issues, and performance feedback
