About The Position

The Security Engineering and Zero Trust Lead is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust security infrastructure with a focus on Zero Trust principles. This role oversees modernization projects for network and system security, manages identity and access controls, evaluates and integrates new security technologies, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure the secure development and operation of applications and services. Additionally, the Lead mentors engineering teams on secure coding and architectural best practices, ensuring ongoing effectiveness and compliance of security controls. Requirements

Must be able to obtain a Federal Government Public Trust clearance.
Certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, or Azure/AWS security credentials.
Minimum 8 years’ experience in security engineering, with significant exposure to Zero Trust implementations.
In-depth knowledge of network security, IAM, and cloud security frameworks.

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree preferred.
