Security Dispatcher (PRN)
About The Position
This position is for a PRN (as needed) Security Dispatcher at Arkansas Children's, a tobacco-free workplace requiring flu vaccines. The role involves receiving service requests, dispatching Security Officers, maintaining a dispatch log, and monitoring video cameras and the controlled access system. Requirements
- 2 years of relevant experience; HS Diploma or GED may substitute for 2 years of work experience
- Must be available for weekend shifts

Responsibilities
- Dispatches/monitors traffic on security radio frequency.
- Maintains a date and time log on each call received/dispatched indicating date, time, officer assigned, type of call, and time completed.
- Monitors closed circuit television system (CCTV), panic alarms, door alarms, call boxes, and visitor/employee restrictions, and dispatches information in a timely manner.
- Coordinates and prepares information for employee and visitor restrictions.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
