Requirements

  • High School Graduate General Studies and Minimum of one (1) year experience as a security officer involving extensive public contact, or High School GED General Studies and Minimum of one (1) year experience as a security officer involving extensive public contact
  • Driver's License: NV Preferred
  • Prior Hospital experience
  • Basic Health Care Security Officer, within 90 Days

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently dispatch Security, Facilities, and Environmental Services requests, ensuring timely response and coordination for various operational needs.
  • Manage incoming requests, dispatch personnel to appropriate locations, and provide crucial project coordination as required to maintain smooth and responsive departmental operations.
  • Maintain a comprehensive inspection, test and maintenance program for all security physical and electronic measures.
  • Follow up on pending security issues.
  • Implement requirements of the Security Management Plan.
  • Manage and coordinate responses to critical incidents.
  • Monitor and document actual and potential security breaches.
  • Monitor existing security systems and technologies for possible security leaks or fraud.
  • Conduct ongoing security orientation and training of assigned staff and may serve as Field Training Officer.
  • Dedicated to daily operations in the Siena Control Center.
  • Responsible for monitoring and surveillance of all facilities through CCTV and Galaxy control system.
