Hiring for Concierge Level Gatehouse - Security D Officers in the Boca, Boynton, and Delray Areas. All positions are Part-Time and involve 2-3 shifts.

Requirements

Minimum of one year of experience working at a front gate
Knowledge of ABDI
Must have 3 years of clean driving record
Valid FL Security D License
Valid FL Driver’s License
Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug)

Responsibilities

Verify credentials of incoming and outgoing individuals/vehicles
Document and maintain a log of visitors and notify residents of visitor’s arrival
Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms
Other duties to be determined by operations
