About The Position

Total Site Solutions (TSS), Georgetown, TX. Seeks a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Security Coordinator. This is a full-time, on-site position based at our Georgetown, TX location. The Security Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day security operations, managing access control systems, and ensuring that TSS facilities maintain a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and partners. This role will support compliance with security policies, assist with incident investigations, and collaborate with multiple departments to promote a culture of safety and security. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in corporate, industrial, or data center security coordination.
• Strong knowledge of access control, surveillance, and auditing procedures.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends if needed.

Nice To Haves

• Certifications such as Certified Protection Officer (CPO) or equivalent.
• Familiarity with NetSuite, Salesforce, or other enterprise systems.
• Prior experience in a high-tech or data center environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate security operations across TSS facilities.
• Manage access control systems, ID badges, visitor logs, and surveillance monitoring.
• Partner with HR, IT, and Operations to ensure alignment of security protocols with business needs.
• Conduct audits of security procedures and recommend improvements.
• Assist with incident response, investigations, and reporting.
• Provide training to employees on workplace safety and security expectations.
• Support the development and execution of emergency preparedness plans.
• Liaise with local authorities, contractors, and vendors to strengthen site security.
