About The Position

As a Security Control Center Operator, you will serve as the central hub for security monitoring, emergency communications, alarm response coordination, and incident reporting across mission-critical facilities. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Six (6) months of alarm monitoring experience OR one (1) year of security/access control experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
• Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications (or ability to obtain).
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English proficiently.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor integrated electronic security systems, access control systems, intrusion detection systems, and CCTV networks.
• Coordinate emergency and crisis response activities.
• Dispatch security personnel to alarm activations and incident locations.
• Maintain situational awareness of all on-duty personnel and provide operational direction during emergencies.
• Support medical, fire, and law enforcement responses as directed.
• Provide CPR, AED, and First Aid assistance when required.
• Maintain operational logs and prepare reports for incidents and special events.
• Communicate critical security information via radio and telephone systems.
• Support the overall security mission through additional duties as assigned.
