About The Position

Global Access Incorporated's IT Solutions & Security Division is building a curated network of experienced cybersecurity professionals, IT auditors, risk specialists, security architects, engineers, AI specialists, transformation consultants, and boutique consulting firms for B2B partnerships. This is not an employment opportunity but a strategic partnership for independent professionals seeking enterprise-grade projects while maintaining control over their schedule and client relationships. Global Access handles client onboarding, contracting, and invoicing, allowing partners to focus on specialist work. The division operates across IT Solutions & Security (including End User Computing, Datacentre Services, Platform Services, Cloud Services, Cybersecurity & Compliance) and AI & DX Transformation (including AI Strategy & Readiness, Generative AI & Enterprise AI, AI Governance, Risk & Security, Business Process Transformation, Digital Transformation / DX, Data & Analytics Transformation, and the intersection of AI/Security/DX). Deep expertise in one or more domains is highly valued over broad familiarity. The role also seeks entry-level and intern candidates for support roles.

Requirements

5+ years in cybersecurity, information security, IT auditing, technology consulting, AI, digital transformation, or risk management.
Proven success in client-facing advisory or consulting roles.
Experience with enterprise or multinational organizations.
Ability to independently manage deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder relationships.
Deep working knowledge of NIST CSF, ISO 27001, ISO 27002 (for security partners).
Familiarity with Japan's My Number Act and IPA guidelines is highly desirable.
For AI partners: AI governance, risk management, responsible AI, data governance.
For DX partners: DX strategy, digital maturity, enterprise transformation.
Experience with IT audits, security risk assessments, compliance assessments, third-party reviews, control design.
Relevant certifications: CISA, CISSP, CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, cloud security certifications.
Independent & Entrepreneurial Mindset.
Comfortable managing your own pipeline, schedule, and deliverables.
Proactive communication with Global Access and client stakeholders.
Ability to scale involvement up or down based on project requirements.
English proficiency required.

Strong academic record in a relevant field (for entry-level/intern).

Responsibilities

Collaborate on client engagements in areas such as enterprise technology, cybersecurity, information security, risk, compliance, IT audit, AI, and digital transformation.
Deliver specialist work for which partners have been engaged, including individual projects, defined workstreams, advisory assignments, audits and assessments, implementation projects, and transformation initiatives.
Manage deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder relationships independently.
Translate complex technical issues into business-friendly language.
Present findings to senior management.
Produce clear, professional client-facing documentation.
Support senior consultants on research, analysis, documentation, and delivery workstreams (for entry-level/intern roles).
