About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer for a full-time morning-shift position in Salt Lake City, Utah. The role emphasizes customer service and building connections with people in settings such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. The schedule is 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The hourly wage is $18.40. Uniforms are provided at no cost, and DailyPay is available to GardaWorld employees.

The Concierge Security Officer welcomes, verifies, and guides visitors; manages access control; conducts patrols; inspects security equipment; responds to incidents; and helps protect people and property. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process, including a background check and drug screening after an offer of employment is extended.
• Have exceptional customer service skills.
• Have basic phone and computer skills.
• Hold a state license if required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify their identity, and guide them as needed.
• Manage access control.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
