About The Position

Provide exceptional service and security at an upscale residential property in Dallas, balancing customer service, security operations, and resident relations. The role calls for a polished, professional, observant, and service-oriented individual who can help maintain a safe and welcoming environment while protecting residents, guests, and property assets. The position pays $18.25 per hour and is full-time.

Requirements

Prior experience in security, concierge, hospitality, residential, hotel, or customer service work.
Professional appearance and ability to wear a business suit while on duty.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic to intermediate computer proficiency, including email and report writing.
Experience monitoring CCTV systems.
Ability to walk and stand for extended periods and conduct building tours or patrols.
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
Ability to walk multiple floors and common areas during the shift.
Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a luxury residential, corporate, hospitality, or high-end customer service environment.
Knowledge of access control systems and security technology.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, guests, vendors, and visitors.
Provide customer service and hospitality while maintaining security protocols.
Monitor CCTV and security systems for unusual or suspicious activity.
Conduct routine interior and exterior building patrols and safety inspections.
Control property access and verify visitor credentials as required.
Accurately document incidents, daily activity reports, and security observations.
Respond appropriately to emergencies, alarms, and resident concerns.
Coordinate with property management, vendors, and emergency responders when necessary.
Monitor building operations and report maintenance, safety, or security issues.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when interacting with residents and guests.
