Security Compliance Lead

Learn more on dxc.com. Summary We’re looking for a Security Compliance Lead to bridge security governance and operational execution. In this role, you will ensure that security policies and standards are not only defined—but effectively executed across teams. You will work closely with both security leadership and operations teams to drive compliance, improve processes, and strengthen overall security posture.
Requirements
- Strong experience in security operations + compliance (GRC)
- Experience across multiple domains (IAM, vulnerabilities, incidents)
- Ability to drive execution without direct authority
- Experience improving security processes and controls
- Fully bilingual: English & French (mandatory)
Nice To Haves
- Background in managed services or complex environments is a plus
Responsibilities
- Drive compliance with security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements
- Ensure security operations align with defined processes and controls
- Oversee execution across areas such as: Identity & Access Management, Vulnerability Management, Incident Management, Endpoint & network security
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and risks—and drive improvements
- Lead process optimization and standardization initiatives
- Act as a bridge between security governance and operations teams
