The Security Community Management Lead is the connective tissue between corporate strategy and field execution within Microsoft's Security Solution Area. This individual contributor role leads and manages engagement across our Security field communities, ensuring that managers and their teams receive timely, relevant, and actionable information that helps drive business outcomes and fiscal-year priorities. Operating at the intersection of strategy, communications, and enablement, the role designs and runs the engagement systems — communities, forums, events, and channels — that keep the field informed and ready. It calls for someone who can translate complexity into clarity, build trust across many organizations, and sustain a consistent rhythm of engagement that turns corporate objectives into coordinated field action. The role serves Security field manager and individual contributor populations, with a primary focus on Security Specialist Individual Contributors (ICs), Security Managers and Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) Managers. Success depends on deep collaboration with partner teams and a relentless focus on the needs of the field and the customers they serve. Candidates who live within 50 miles of Microsoft's Redmond campus will be required to work in the office 3 days per week. Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As employees we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others and collaborate to realize our shared goals. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.
