Requirements

Experience working in a command center, SOC, and/or GSOC environment
Leadership/ Supervisor Experience
Experience working with CCTV Software, and access control systems.
CT Guard Card License required
Interact with sites in multiple countries / multiple states
Be authorized to work in the U.S.
Strong report writing skills
Strong proficiency with technology

Responsibilities

Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity using Genetec
Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors
Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions
Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies
Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
Dispatching and ability to effectively use and communicate with radios, phones, alarms, and badge readers.
