As a CBRE Security Manager, you will lead all aspects of the team responsible for the security operations at a HQ Research & Development property. What you'll do Coordinate and lead the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed. Function as the point of contact for ongoing communication with Building Services staff about site operations. Collaborate with department managers to resolve security needs. Develop and implement security policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with Global Security standards as well as local security policies & procedures. Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events. Coordinate budgets for security operations. Run and lead all aspects of security staff including Security Officers, SOC Operators and off-duty LEO response team. Coordinate response for emergencies and incidents. Provide subject matter expertise in security operations and solutions. Serve as point of contact for security systems at client site. Handle life cycle replacement of security systems. Lead security vendors and coordinate repairs of security hardware. Coordinate and lead all aspects of programs and policies, including access control, visitor management program, and key control. Coordinate with key customers and leadership to ensure physical security needs are met at client site. Perform audits associated with client operating procedures, physical security systems, and key control. Assist client Health, Safety & Environment department as directed by local leadership. Support account and account leadership in achieving compliance and quality objectives around security operations. Develop and implement strategic security initiatives and projects in coordination with local leadership. Develop and maintain positive relationships and rapport with key internal team members and external partners.
