The Security & Bank Secrecy Act Analyst position is a key position at United Bank, responsible for supporting the administration of the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) program, and Bank Protection Act. This role assist with the processing of garnishments, levies, and subpoenas; performs monthly reviews, account reconciliations, and ongoing monitoring activities; and conducts independent analysis of potentially suspicious activity, including structuring, fraud, elder exploitation, and other financial crimes. This position performs monitoring, review, and analysis of FCRM generated BSA/AML alerts, and prepares Currency Transaction Reports for filing to support regulatory compliance. Responsibilities also include coordinating maintenance and testing of security systems and equipment, performing routine reviews related to Customer Identification Program (CIP) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) requirements. The Security & BSA Analyst is responsible for maintaining compliance within assigned areas and performing special projects and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Two-year associate’s degree or equivalent work experience or combination of both
  • 3 to 6 months related experience and/or training
  • Regular standing and walking

Responsibilities
