About The Position

Security Assistance Budget Analyst The Opportunity: The right mixture of great ideas and funding can create change. In a complex organization, allocating funding to where it can be most effective can be challenging. That’s why we need you, a financial analyst who can easily navigate the requirements, policies, and regulations that govern funding, to make sure security cooperation and security assistance resources can make the most impact. As a financial analyst on our team, you’ll create a financial management strategy to help the Air Force international affairs mission succeed. You’ll work with program managers, task leads, and the government to develop an actionable plan for your client to secure the funding needed to achieve their goals. Using your knowledge of laws, regulations, and policies, you’ll help your client develop well-formed requirements. Once the funding is in place, you’ll make sure the funding is used efficiently through consistent tracking and communication with the government programming and resource managers and stakeholders across the Air Force. This is your chance to work on high-level security assistance program and budget review planning while imparting your financial analysis expertise to your team. Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in planning, programming, budgeting and execution (PPBE), Program Objective Memorandum (POM) process, Security Assistance Program Budget Review (SAPBR) process, Foreign Military Sales or Foreign Military Financing (FMS or FMF), or manpower requirements development and FMS case-related manpower functions
• Knowledge of Department of Air Force (DAF) roles and missions, Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) roles and missions, DAF PPBE, POM, and SAPBR processes, and security cooperation or security assistance
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, business management, or international affairs

• Knowledge of the Deputy Under Secretary of the Air Force for International Affairs (SAFIA) role within and relationship towards the security cooperation community

• Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
• The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD).
