About The Position

E-Logic is seeking a Security Architect or Lead Analyst to design, implement, and monitor cybersecurity solutions in a government environment, ensuring compliance with federal and state security standards for Assabet Valley Collaborative. This role involves creating and maintaining robust security measures to protect sensitive data and systems.

Requirements

• 6+ years of cybersecurity experience
• Strong knowledge of SIEM, EDR, firewalls, and intrusion detection
• Experience with compliance frameworks (NIST, CISA, etc.)
• Experience with cloud security (Azure, AWS, Google Workspace)

Nice To Haves

• Certifications preferred (CISSP, CEH, Security+)

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise security architecture
• Monitor and respond to security incidents (SOC support)
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
• Implement MFA, endpoint protection, and threat detection tools
• Ensure compliance with NIST, FISMA, and other frameworks
• Develop security policies, procedures, and training programs
• Analyze logs and security alerts across systems
• Support incident response and forensic investigations
