About The Position

The Security Analyst will serve as a Security Assistant II, performing Customer Relations tasks. This role involves interfacing between Government agencies and industrial organizations to obtain, process, verify, and disseminate personnel security information and access to customer programs. The analyst will maintain accurate personnel data in all files, update the customer database, and conduct annual file audits. Responsibilities include maintaining accuracy of customer database records (e.g., briefing and debriefing dates), preparing cases for expedited requests, and supporting security clearance reciprocity efforts. The role requires utilizing multiple IC databases, maintaining confidentiality of assets and information, and the ability to elicit, articulate, and document information in a well-organized manner. Participation in special projects is also required.

Requirements

  • Top Secret SCI + Polygraph Clearance Level Must Currently Possess

  • Demonstrated experience with current version of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrated customer service and telephone skills

  • Ability to learn various databases during performance of the contract
  • Prioritize competing tasks and possess effective time management skills
  • Experience in security personnel processing related to background investigations
  • Knowledge of ICD 704 and E.O. 12968 guidelines
  • Exceptional customer skills
  • Demonstrated ability to problem solve and develop/create innovative solutions
  • 3+ years of related experience
  • TS/SCI w/Poly Security Clearance Level
  • US Citizenship Required
