Responsibilities

  • Implements and oversees company programs and procedures for Enterprise Safety and Security including: Occupational Safety, Security, Environmental Health, Emergency Management, Incident Response, Business Continuity, Workplace Protection and/or Fire Protection
  • Administers federal, state, local and company compliance programs for Enterprise Safety and Security; participates or conducts required inspections and audits to prevent loss of life, health, and property arising from incidents or accidents
  • Provides risk assessments and hazard evaluations including ergonomic reviews, threat investigations, incident/accident response and investigations, indoor air quality reviews, compliance activities, inspections, and hazardous materials reviews
  • Proactively monitors, communicates and coordinates response to worldwide events that may have an impact on company’s assets, employees or operations, such as: civil unrest, natural disasters, fires, accidents, utility/technology outages and weather
  • Supports and engages in incident response, crisis management, threat management and the Joint Security Operations Center/Threat Hotlines
  • Oversee facility entry and access protocols, programs, and physical security systems; oversee contract security vendor
  • Facilitates required enterprise and compliance training programs in area of specialization
  • Manages and coordinates efforts of consultants, vendors, contractors and business partners for project related work
