About The Position

SAIC is looking for a Security Analyst to provide physical security and facilities support to Global Deterrence and Defense Department customers at NSWC Crane. Position will be full time in a Classified environment at the customer site. Candidate will manage building access (entry/exit and lab access), maintain physical security, and lead implementation of security program, preparing new procedures and making updates as needed.

Responsibilities

Develop and administer security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment
Study and implement federal security regulations that apply to operations
Obtain rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies
Prepare manuals outlining regulations, and establishes procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records; and for granting personnel and visitors access to restricted spaces, records and materials
Conduct security education classes and security audits
Investigate security violations and prepare reports specifying preventive action to be taken
Maintain Facility Clearance
Maintain building access list
Support government and company audits and inspections
Assist with travel preparations and visit requests
Submit VARs
Validate clearances for building visitors and provide escort
Organize, schedule, and support Classified Meetings and CVTCs
Provide input for status reports
Administer Emergency Action Plan Training for facility
Administer Security Operating Procedure for building
Order equipment and materials for building as needed
Submit facility work orders as needed
