The Security Agent will ensure the safety and security of our dispensary while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our patients. A successful Security Agent has the ability to provide excellent customer service, create a positive customer experience, provide necessary assistance to customers and employees in a timely manner, and identify and handle irregular activity. You are observant and detail oriented! Your see details others could overlook. You enjoy people! You are the first member of the team to welcome our customers, providing an exceptional experience is vital to achieving customer loyalty. You hold yourself to a high level of integrity. Requirements

1-3 years previous experiences in security
Solid knowledge of state and local statutes and ordinances on security protocols
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
Up-to-date on latest local and state regulation and guideline changes
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Extremely detail orientated
Exceptional organizational skills
Willing and able to work in a fast paced environment
Must be 21 years of age or older to apply
Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry

Responsibilities

Greet customers, ensuring a best-in-class experience
Operate under security protocols and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance with local, state, and federal agencies
Submit reporting and security observations accurately and timely
Maintain a secure premises by patrolling the property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting the building, equipment and access points; permitting entry
Ensures the safety and security of the building by checking in customers into the Company’s portal, maintaining an understanding of who is on the premises
Confirms with customers if they have placed an online order in advance or if they need an in-store consultation so patients can be directed to the appropriate
Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of Cresco Labs’ policies’ restraining trespassers
Provide routine checkups to ensure operation equipment is operating within compliance
Work with Dispensary Manager to ensure patients feel comfortable, safe, and welcome
