About The Position
The Hollywood Roosevelt is seeking a Security Agent who exhibits a professional attitude and a vigilant awareness of their surroundings. This role is responsible for ensuring the safety of hotel guests, employees, and property. The Security Agent will prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access while maintaining a professional and customer-focused demeanor. This position involves monitoring surveillance systems, patrolling hotel areas, responding to incidents, and providing assistance during emergencies, all while upholding the hotel's standards of appearance and communications. The role also includes assisting guests, preparing detailed reports, communicating effectively with management, and maintaining a professional appearance and conduct at all times.
