About The Position

The Account Manager position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by managing the security services and related operations provided to an assigned group of smaller accounts including client service and problem resolution, service enhancement and expansion, new business development, operational effectiveness, preparation of post orders, staffing, scheduling, supervision and training. Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of Account Management experience required.
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be able to speak, read, and write in English
  • Must have reliable communication and transportation
  • Must have at least 1 year of supervisory experience
  • Must have at least 1 year of scheduling experience
  • Sora or willing to obtain.
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee security operations.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through regular communication and service reviews.
  • Supervise, mentor, and support on-site security personnel.
  • Coordinate staffing, scheduling, payroll and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with company and client policies and procedures.
  • Handle incident reports and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
