About The Position

Join Barclays as a Securitized Products Origination RMBS, Analyst. Our vision is clear –to redefine the future of banking and help craft innovative solutions. You will play a critical part in supporting both transaction execution and new business origination efforts, working across a range of structured finance. Your responsibilities will include conducting detailed financial assessment and building robust models to support deal structuring and strategy-making. You will also be involved in preparing high-quality materials for clients and internal stakeholders. You will do this by contributing to both live transactions and strategic marketing efforts, you will help drive client engagement and support the broader growth goals of the team.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Identification and cultivation of relationships with potential clients, including corporations, institutions, or government entities.
  • Market research and analysis to identify industry trends, potential deal opportunities, and client needs.
  • Collaboration with internal teams to develop pitch materials, financial models, and presentations for client meetings and transactions.
  • Structuring and execution of deals, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic advisory services.
  • Due diligence process coordination, timeline management, and liaising between various stakeholders involved in transactions.
  • Conducting detailed financial assessment and building robust models to support deal structuring and strategy-making.
  • Preparing high-quality materials for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Contributing to both live transactions and strategic marketing efforts.
  • Driving client engagement and supporting the broader growth goals of the team.
  • Performing work that is closely related to that of other areas, which requires understanding of how areas coordinate and contribute to the achievement of the objectives of the organisation sub-function.
