About The Position

We are seeking a Securitization QA Engineer to support the quality assurance and testing of applications and platforms used in securitization and structured finance. The successful candidate will work closely with technology, business, and operations teams to define test strategies, validate system functionality, and ensure reliable delivery of high-quality solutions.

Requirements

  • Experience in software quality assurance, preferably within capital markets or financial services.
  • Experience testing securitization, structured products, fixed income, lending, or transaction-processing systems.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, defect management, and testing methodologies.
  • Experience with SQL and data validation.
  • Familiarity with test management and defect-tracking tools.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Experience with Agile delivery environments.

Nice To Haves

  • Test automation experience using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Cucumber, or similar.
  • Knowledge of securitization concepts, asset-backed securities, or structured finance.
  • Experience with APIs, messaging platforms, and batch processing.
  • Exposure to CI/CD and modern development practices.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive test strategies, plans, and cases for securitization applications.
  • Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and end-to-end testing.
  • Validate data flows, business rules, calculations, and transaction lifecycles.
  • Test interfaces between trading, risk, operations, reporting, and downstream systems.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, product owners, and operations teams.
  • Investigate defects, identify root causes, and track issues through resolution.
  • Support test automation and improve QA processes and tooling.
  • Review requirements and identify gaps, ambiguities, and potential risks.
  • Prepare test evidence, status reports, and release-readiness assessments.
  • Support production implementations and post-release validation.
