About The Position

The Asset Securitization and Capital Call Credit Delivery team underwrites credit products for new and existing clients and actively manages its existing portfolio to meet client needs while ensuring appropriate risk/return strategies. The group underwrites lead and non-lead opportunities ranging from investment-grade to sponsor-owned leveraged transactions, and executes amendments, refinancings, and ancillary credit product approvals. The role includes ongoing client dialogue and identifying product partner opportunities where appropriate. The group also manages portfolio risk through risk-rating integrity, annual client reviews, watchlist management, and amendments and waivers; follows compliance, audit, and regulatory guidelines and reviews; and identifies emerging credit problems and industry trends early to initiate risk mitigation actions and ensure appropriate capital allocation.

The analyst works closely with senior Asset Securitization Structuring professionals and performs assigned duties with limited independence. Analysts have direct responsibility for a client portfolio and handle credit activity and day-to-day client requests.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree.
• Proven analytical ability and attention to detail.
• Solid leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Some related work experience since graduation from an undergraduate program.
• Excel and AI proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with senior Asset Securitization Structuring professionals.
• Perform assigned due diligence, document processing, financial modeling, statistical analysis, research, and presentation development with limited independence.
• Manage a client portfolio and handle associated credit activity and day-to-day client requests.
