About The Position

We’re looking for a Securities Operations Specialist to join our Custody Solutions team. In this role, you’ll process and reconcile transactions to ensure timely settlement and accurate recordkeeping. You will review daily reports to identify discrepancies and maintain service level agreement (SLA) compliance. You will also answer routine questions from clients to ensure consistent client support. Additionally, you will mitigate operational risks by ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, policies and standard operational procedures. You will assist in training, professional development, and assisting with procedural updates. You will also participate in special projects as required. Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
1 year of experience in customer service, operations, financial services or business processing
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
