Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience working for an AM Law 100 law firm in the areas of corporate, securities, capital markets and M&A
• Strong transactional skills
• Significant experience working on debt and equity offerings, M&A transactions, and SEC compliance and reporting
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
• J.D. degree
• Strong academic credentials
• Admitted in (and in good standing with) the applicable jurisdiction (Illinois, New York, District of Columbia or Florida)

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience with securitizations
• Prior experience with aviation clients

Responsibilities

• Work closely with shareholders
