Tribute Secure Weekends is a unique caregiving position that offers a guaranteed paycheck in exchange for your commitment to be available for daytime visits on both Saturday and Sunday. This allows you to keep your weekdays open while building something meaningful on the weekends. You will receive guaranteed pay whether you are matched with a client or not. The role involves working in clients' homes across Boston and surrounding areas, providing personal care, companionship, meal preparation, and support with daily routines. Requirements

• CNA, HHA, or professional caregiving experience
• Full daytime availability on both Saturday and Sunday every week
• Reliable transportation
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
