Requirements

1–3 years in janitorial or custodial leadership.
Ability to lift 35 lbs. repetitively throughout the shift.
A consistent work ethic and a desire to lead by example.

Responsibilities

Lead the team by checking behind cleaners to ensure the scope of work is completed.
Perform general cleaning tasks including pulling trash and dusting.
Maintain sanitized environments by cleaning restrooms and vacuuming.
Act as the primary Lead Custodian on-site, assisting the supervisor as needed.
