About The Position

The Combat Decision Aid AI/ML Analysis Section Leader will oversee a team of approximately 15–20 engineers supporting airborne kill chain programs. These programs encompass multidisciplinary research, development, and production efforts in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, performance meta-modeling, airborne kill chain and air‑to‑air combat analysis, software‑in‑the‑loop testing, and software production and quality assurance. This role requires regular coordination with external customers, industry partners, subcontractors, and warfighter tactics experts. Experience with high‑fidelity simulations is essential. The position involves substantial industry collaboration and offers high visibility with customers. Integrated Solutions Modeling & Architecture (ISMA) develops, evaluates, and implements architectural solutions addressing our customers’ most complex, mission-critical challenges across all operational domains. We create and assess innovative concepts that meet emerging operational needs, advance next‑generation mission capabilities, and shape a strategic path forward for Raytheon and our customers. To support this mission, our teams deliver flexible integration solutions across sensors, effectors, command and control, logistics, and operations. We also develop tools and methodologies that enable system-level studies and visualization aligned with customer requirements.
