About The Position

Coordinates a section in a department that has institutional oversight responsibilities. Responsibilities involve the coordination and supervision of the various functions and aspects of a specific program or departmental project as well as the monitoring of program staff and operational procedures. Work is performed under general supervision with evaluation based on results obtained. May supervise program staff, volunteers and/or students.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree plus two (2) years related experience; OR a combination of education and/or related experience to equal six (6) years.

Responsibilities

• Procurement System Administration and Operational Support: Maintain and update procurement and business systems, including Jaggaer and related applications. Process and coordinate system support requests and tickets. Configure system and user settings. Support system testing for releases and enhancements. Assist with troubleshooting processing errors. Maintain business process documentation.
• Customer Service and Stakeholder Support: Serve as a primary point of contact for department inquiries. Research and resolve routine to moderately complex issues. Coordinate communication between users, technical teams, and vendors. Develop newsletters, agendas, and informational resources.
• Training, Communications, and Knowledge Management: Coordinate training programs and workshops. Monitor compliance with required training programs. Develop and maintain training guides, website content, and knowledge resources.
• Project Coordination and Continuous Improvement: Support departmental projects, implementations, and process improvements. Serve on committees and workgroups. Support administration of SharePoint, Smartsheet, TDX, and related tools.
• Reporting, Data Analytics, and Business Intelligence Support: Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics tools. Analyze operational data and identify trends and improvement opportunities. Support campus-wide reporting and visibility efforts.
