The Secretary will assist member requests received via phone, walk-in, or e-mail. This role involves taking membership payments for new members and renewals and transferring them to the Home Office at least once per week. The Secretary will maintain all files for the county farm bureau in proper order according to established policies and attend meetings of county personnel as directed. Additionally, the role requires typing letters, memos, and other correspondence for the county office and maintaining a professional appearance.
