Reporting to the Director of Building Operations, the secretary is responsible for preparing correspondence, reports, purchase orders, and processing payroll for custodial staff, as well as maintaining general files, screening telephone calls, processing all paperwork for hiring new employees, paperwork for terminations, resignations, and, other office duties as assigned. All employees of SISD are expected to act with integrity, support organizational goals, communicate in a clear and respectful manner, championing the needs of our students and drive continuous improvement.
