Gilead Community Services is seeking a responsible and experienced Second Shift Supervisor to join our Community Transitional Residence (CTR) program. The Second Shift Supervisor for Gilead’s Meriden adult program works 40 hours: Monday-Friday 3p-11p with flexibility required providing second shift administrative and clinical oversight of the Community Transitional Residence (CTR) program. This is a 3-bed transitional program that is designed to provide clinical treatment and functional skills training tailored to the needs of adults with intellectual disabilities that are co-occurring with mental health and/or addiction treatment needs. The Second Shift Supervisor works in close consultation with the Program Director to ensure that the program produces high quality, recovery-oriented services to all clients, in accordance with agency standards.
