About The Position

Rampart Aviation is seeking a Second in Command (SIC) Pilot for operations near Pinal Airpark, Marana, AZ. The role involves safely and efficiently lifting customers to jump altitudes and returning to the airport. Pilots may perform up to 16 lifts per day, seven days a week, with early starts (often 2 am to 1 pm) and flying approximately 100 hours per month during peak seasons. Slower months offer more time off. Flight operations are conducted under Part 135 and 91 regulations, adhering to Company Operations Manuals, Military Operations Procedures, and Federal Aviation Regulations. This is a CONUS-based position, though short-term deployments may be required.

Requirements

• Hold FAA Pilot Ratings: Commercial or ATP Multi-engine Land
• Valid First Class Medical
• Valid US Passport
• Valid US Driver's License
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
• Must be a US Citizen
• Must be able to obtain and hold a Top-Secret Clearance

Nice To Haves

• Experience in multi-engine turbine aircraft is desired.
• CFI, CFII, MEI is desirable
• 1000 hours Total Time
• 500 hours Multi-Engine
• CASA 212, DHC-4, and/or DHC-6 experience is preferred
• TS Personal Security Clearance strongly desired

Responsibilities

• Perform Second In Command duties for Rampart flight operations.
• Lift customers safely and efficiently to their jump altitudes.
• Return to the airport ready for the next lift.
• Conduct flight operations under Part 135 and 91.
• Adhere to Company Operations Manuals, Military Operations Procedures, and Federal Aviation Regulations.
